How to play
Turn the starting word into the goal word by changing one letter at a time. Every step has to be a real word.
Tap the letter you want to change, type its replacement, then press Step. The yellow tile shows what you changed. A small leaf means that letter already matches the goal.
There’s no limit and no way to lose. Any real word counts. The top shows how many steps our shortest path takes using everyday words (you might even beat it), and you can undo, start over, or ask for a hint any time. A new ladder arrives every day. After you finish, you can play extra ladders as often as you like. Those don’t affect your streak.
